Hi, and welcome to the Taylor County Clerk web-site.  I’m Mark Carney and I am thankful to be serving as your clerk alongside a great group of ladies who work as deputy clerks in the office.   Our goal is to provide you with the best customer service possible when you come into our office.  Setting an example of Customer Service and treating people with respect is my number one goal as clerk.  Our office staff has a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge that we are able to use on a daily basis for the citizens of Taylor County.

On a personal note, my wife Kelly and I have been married for 16 years and we have two daughters: Shelby 14 and Mackenzie 11.  Kelly works for the Taylor County Extension Office and our girls attend Taylor County Schools and we have a wonderful Church family at Muldraugh Hill Baptist Church.
