Power of Attorney

It is important to record your power of attorney in order for other people to know of its existence.

Certain businesses will require the power of attorney be recorded and stamped with a book and page before they will accept it.

Another good reason is that once you file it, you can always come to the Clerk’s office to get a copy of it in case it is lost or destroyed.
