Marriage License

This license is only valid for 30 days, and it is only valid for use in the state of Kentucky. There are no blood tests required and there is no waiting period.
The fee for this license is $50.00 and must be paid in our office.
The bride and groom must apply for this license together.
Both parties need to be 18 years of age or older. Proof of age must be shown.
No marriage in Kentucky will be legally recognized without a valid marriage license.
It is a good idea to bring your birth certificate with you if you have trouble with spelling the names required.
